1 Main Descriptions

Sand washing machine is a kind of washing equipment for sand and gravel (artificial sand, natural sand). Sand washing machine is widely used in gravel pits, mining, building materials, transportation, chemical industry, water conservancy and hydropower, concrete mixing stations and other industries for material processing. Sand washing machine can remove impurities from the surface of gravel,  and destroyed water vapor layer as well  in order to facilitate dewatering and play efficient in sand washing cleaning ations. 2 Working Principle

When it works, the power plant, through the belt, reducer, gear reducer drive the impeller rotate slowly, so the sand and gravel  go into the gravel wash tank  from the feeding chute to  complete cleaning action. Clean sand is taken away  by the blade and finally into the discharge chute  from the rotating  impeller to complete the cleaning effect of gravel.
